Classes- Is anyone else having problems?
I do not know how else to let people know, i cannot get into the kaplan website. It will not let me even get to the classroom page with my e-mail. I have tried contacting the tech service and I have e-mailed my academic adviser, but I still have not gotten anywhere. I have not been able to get in since last Friday! :( I am a little stressed about it and I have done everything I can think of, but nothing is happening because people are not getting back to me. Is anyone else having problems?

They were updating the classroom section today until 6 pm. I too was not able to get into class today either, until recently. I was on the phone with Kaplan x2 then tech support, and finally he told me to check out cookies, (which I could not find) and he told me to go into a different brouser, I left firefox and then it worked in Safari. You can probably get in now as it is after 6.
ReplyDeleteI still cannot get into my classes! :( I am getting upset, because now I have missed one classes seminar and it is Tuesday and I do not have any of my work done, I can't even check my work to see what I need to get done. I have tried calling Tech support multiple times and I get a dead line, then I called my academic adviser and I get voicemail, so I e-mailed her and she tells me to call tech support, so I tried that again and still got a dead line. I am trying very hard to keep my calm, but with the no late work policy that the are now enforcing my grades are going to suffer and I can't seem to do anything about it.
